FULL PROGRAM

Day01.  ULAANBAATAR

Arrive in Ulaanbaatar , meeting with guide and transfer to hotel. City tour: visit Sukhbaatar square and National history museum. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 02. ULAANBAATAR CITY TOUR – SAINSHAND by TRAIN

In the morning drive to train station to depart to Sainshand the nearest town from World Energy Center. Stay overnight in the train

Day 03. SAINSHAND – WORLD ENERGY CENTER

Arrive in Sainshand
– Breakfast
– From Sainshand to Khamriin Khiid by jeep or by Russian Vans. Lunch at Ger camp restaurant near the World Energy Center. And trip to Khamriin Khiid and Energy Center: The Mongolian famous poet Noyon Khutagt Danzanravjaa of 19^th century had played his drama named ‘’Saran khukhuu’’ in 1830. In the end of 1930, was devastated this Temple, his student Sacristan Tudev had hide sutras and all religious related things, and kept them generally, and in 1990 , when it was restored the Temple, his children revealed and gave them to the Temple. It was much contribution and effort for restoring this Temple. We could see many imagine places related to Noyon Khutagt Danzanravjaa. After sightseeing around the world energy center drive back to the camp and dinner. Overnight in gers at camp.
Day 04. TRIP TO sacristan mountain “BLACK MOUNTAIN”

Breakfast at the camp and trip to sacristan mountain /60 kms from the camp/ Trip around the mountain and wispier the whishes to the Black mountain which will come true. Box lunch at the mountain. Drive back to Sainshand and dinner in town restaurant and departure to Ulaanbaatar by evening train. Overnight stay in train.    

Day 05. ULAANBAATAR – KHOGNO KHAAN MOUNTAIN

Drive to Khogno Khaan mountain  (Western 280kms). Enroute: having Box lunch. No particular sightseeing.  Arrive at Bayangobi. Tour of Sand dunes /5kms/. Bayangobi is of a unique natural contrast place combining Mongolian Gobi and Khangai landscapes. Impresses by its majestic rock mountains, sandy hills and the willow grove nearby the river “Shiluustei” and the beautiful mountain “Khognokhaan”. Visit Ovgon monastery /10kms/. There are more than 10 temples ruins in front of the monastery.  Overnight at camp.

Day06 KHOGNO KHAAN Mnt – KHAR KHORIN – KHOGNO KHAAN Mnt       

Day trip to Kharkhorin /80kms, 2hrs one way/. Kharkhorin city tour: visit Erdene-Zuu monastery. Kharkhorin is located nearby Orkhon river, one of biggest and scenery rivers of Mongolia,  380kms from Ulaanbaatar. Erdene Zuu monastery is surrounded by 108 stupas wall of 400X400mrs size with a gate on every side of the wall. Visit Stone Turtles outside the monastery. Lunch at tourist camp. Drive back to Khogno Khaan mountain. Visit nomadic horse breeding family. Rest at camp and overnight at camp.

Day07 KHOGNO KHAAN Mnt -ULAANBAATAR

Early morning breakfast. Drive back to Ulaanbaatar /5.5hrs/. Stop at Khustain nuruu national park, look at wild horses /Przjewalskii horse/, lunch at Khustai National park restaurant and continue driving. After arrival in Ulaanbaatar, 120kms, 3-4hrs drive, hotel check-in. Shopping. Gala-Good bye dinner with Folk and Dance Performance. Overnight at hotel.
